As a parent, it can feel never-ending at times. As someone who may be neurodiverse with dyslexia, ADHD or even just some of the traits of these conditions, things like getting organised, keeping up your energy, and even getting out the door on time can feel like an impossible mission!
Managing these things can feel like an up-hill struggle. Even if you have found ways to manage previously, now you’re a parent - some of your old coping strategies may not work anymore.
Sometimes, we can feel like we’re just surviving, and we can think that family life isn’t quite the Walt Disney film we were sold.
And sometimes, it works! Things flow. We can have fun with our kids, everything comes together… And then you wake up the next day and feel as though you’re walking through treacle again.
How can it change so much? And how can you get that wonderful productivity you have on your good days all the time?
